Nautel Grows Senior Management Team

7th March, 2016 – Nautel Limited announced today that Mike Morris has
joined the company in the role of Chief Operating Officer. Mike’s background includes
over 25 years of senior management experience in the Telecom, IT Services and
Electrical/Electronics Manufacturing sectors. As Chief Operating Officer, Mike will be
responsible for all aspects of the company’s core broadcasting business. Mike will report
to Nautel CEO and President, Kevin Rodgers, who will have increased focus on growth
and diversification.

Nautel also announced that Brian Irwin joined the company earlier in the year to head its
manufacturing operations team. Brian brings to Nautel extensive manufacturing expertise
honed in plant management roles in the automotive sector. Brian is responsible for
Nautel’s two ISO 9001:2008 manufacturing facilities located in Maine and Nova Scotia.
