Flashlog 8 Update
The new Flashlog 8.02 release adds the ability to create permanent archives of selected channels on a domain-based network storage server. Each archive event has a start time, end time, selected days of the week and storage destination, and records in real time in the native format to avoid any decoding and re-encoding. Up to 256 events can be associated with each channel or DAB audio service. For more information, refer to the latest Flashlog manual available on our website.
Enhancements have also been made to internet stream logging, including support for m3u and m3u8 playlists and some bug fixes relating to low bit rate MP3 streams. A bug preventing the renaming of mono line channels has been fixed and a workaround added to prevent stalled Wheatnet streams from terminating the recorder service.
Note that there is no update to Flashback associated with this release. Flashback 8.01.3 remains the current release.
To update an existing Flashlog 8, download the update package from http://www.innescorp.com.au/system/product_file/name/0000/0361/Flashlog802.zip and follow the instructions in the readme.pdf file.
