Next week sees the return of Broadcast Asia to Suntec Singapore for the first time since 2012 and we look forward to welcoming those who are attending this year’s event. Hot on the heels of last month’s NAB Show our leading vendors will return to Singapore to exhibit their latest product innovations at Asia’s premier broadcasting convention. If you missed the chance to be in Las Vegas last month, we hope to see you next week.

NAB was certainly another huge show this year with a record attendance at Nautel’s annual NUG meeting among the many highlights. Another key event was the annual Davicom Exchange Forum (DEX) breakfast meeting with fantastic presentations on Davicom monitoring applications and installations in some very challenging environments. If you’d like to see any of the presentations, go to the Davicom Forum group on Facebook and ask to join! Product wise there was also no shortage of new “toys” on display and a few of our hit picks are featured below. If you’d like more information on any of these, don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Until next time, happy broadcasting and safe travels to those heading to Singapore.

Automatic Dehydrators from Kintronic Labs

While they may not have the same aesthetic razzle dazzle of other products, the importance of Kintronic Labs’ NEW automatic dehydrators certainly deserve attention.

The tower-leg mounted module is connected through a fiber-optic cable to an optical to electrical interface attached to the back of any Davicom Remote Control Unit giving site operators better situational awareness during storm activity.
